DEMOS

These demos highlight the type of work I can do on wind synth and on flute.
Wind Synth Horns
For cover material, I play a lot of classic horn section parts, usually trying to recreate what was originally done on the album.  In the following demos, I am using the original recording and have mixed my section parts heavy onto the right channel so you can hear what I am playing and how it sounds tone wise.

Wind Synth Strings
Strings have always been a big part of Soul and R & B.  Its been fun to tweek them and try to get them so sound real.  I find that a wind synth can usually approach the phrasing much more accurately than a keyboard.  "All of Me" doesn't actually have strings, but we added them in The Rendition Band to fill it out.

When recording flute, it is a lot of fun to overdub harmonies.  Here is an example on a recording I did with Jim Ratts of Runaway Express
